Driving nannies work according to an agreed individual schedule with the possibility of working on weekends. Orders for services can be placed on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.

Yes, according to our contract, the accompanying person cannot take third parties around. Other people, such as your second child or a parent may come for a test drive, if agreed upon in advance.

We accompany children. A driving nanny will not just take your child to the destination point, but will accompany her/him inside and provide additional services when requested; the child knows the driving nanny and travels with her without any concerns. A taxi may not arrive due to busy rush hours, but we work strictly according to the schedule. The duties of taxi drivers do not include any care for their small passengers, and in order to complete the order faster and take a new one, the taxi driver may violate traffic rules, which is unsafe. Such problems do not exist if you choose a driving nanny.

Yes, a partial refund is possible if the order is canceled at least 12 hours before it’s due time. Otherwise, the order is considered completed and the client shall pay its full price.

If your children travel in the same car, at the same time and to the same address, then the price will be according to the chosen tariff + surcharge for the second child (3-6 euros). Contact us in advance so that we can calculate the exact cost and agree on the terms. Besides other things, the nanny will need to have 2 safety seats in the car.

Nannies undergo selection and have their training before starting work.

We use child safety seats and boosters depending on the height and weight of the child. All chairs meet modern standards.

We always use seat belts and lock the doors when driving.

We sincerely hope that this does not happen. However, in the event that you or your child for some reason are uncomfortable with the chosen driving nanny, we will offer a replacement.

To prevent such situations, we recommend that you book a test ride and meet the nanny in person.

We offer single trips as well as packages including numerous trips.

You can have a contract for trips with or without waiting. The difference is that the driving nanny does not go anywhere while your child is busy training or has some other activity in cases when the trips include some waiting time.
